Payment Terms & Credit Policy
At Aviation Fuel Specialists, we value transparency and consistent communication with our customers. To keep operations running smoothly and ensure fairness across all accounts, we follow the payment guidelines below:
Parts Payment
All parts must be paid for upfront before ordering to avoid delays and ensure timely repairs.
New Customers
New customers begin with payment due at completion of service. This helps us establish a reliable payment history and keeps turnaround times efficient.
Net 15 Terms
After three consecutive on-time payments, customers may request Net 15 terms.
Net 30 Terms
Customers with 6 months of consistent on-time payment history may be eligible for Net 30 terms upon review.
Credit Checks
Customers requesting immediate extended terms may be asked to complete a simple credit application and provide trade references. Approval is based on payment history, banking information, and/or business credit evaluations.
Late Fees
Invoices not paid within agreed-upon terms may incur a 2% monthly finance charge (minimum $35).
