Terry Beckham – Co-Owner & Operator
Terry Beckham is the founder of Aviation Fuel Specialists — a business dedicated to servicing aviation fueling equipment including fuel farms, fuel dispensers and fuel trucks. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the aviation industry, including FBO management, fueling, towing, de-icing, and safety, Terry has seen firsthand how critical a well-maintained fueling system is to safe and efficient flight operations.
AFS was started to bring a more personal, responsive, and reliable touch to fuel equipment service — something that is missing in an industry dominated by large, impersonal companies. Backed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle, and a deep understanding of the field, Terry is committed to delivering high-quality, safety-driven service with the professionalism aviation demands.

Devin Tillman – Fuel Systems Technician
Devin brings over 15 years of experience in aviation fueling operations. He served for 10 years in the U.S. Army as an Aviation Petroleum Supply Specialist where he ensured the Army had the fuel it needed to maintain readiness, tested fuel to military specifications and adhered to strict safety regulations for handling hazardous materials, all done in high-pressure environments.
Most recently, Devin has worked as a fuel farm supervisor in Alaska, a fuel farm supervisor at Dallas Love Field, and an aviation fuel systems specialist. He has extensive experience in overseeing fuel farms and ensuring efficient, safe fuel handling procedures.
His background combining military discipline with industry leadership makes him a valuable asset to our team.
Amber Beckham – Co-Owner & CFO
Amber is proud to serve as co-owner and CFO of Aviation Fuel Specialists, where she also manages the company’s social media presence. She and Terry first met while working together in the aviation field, and she’s carried that early experience and knowledge with her into the family business today.
With a background in accounting support and 16 years of managing her household, Amber brings strong organizational and financial skills to the team.
Amber and Terry have been married for 19 years and are raising their four children together. She holds an associate degree in education, loves reading, and enjoys learning the ins and outs of accounting, while supporting Terry in fulfilling his vision for the company.
